Really appreciated the fact that he didn't take the opportunity to bash another region's BBQ and took the opportunity to praise it. Keeping it classy.

You can tell that he's a real master because he tested the tongs, you can't let a pair of tongs sit around untested *click clack*.

That last answer, "you do." that shows a real pittmastwr acknowledging that BBQ is such a international cuisine. I wanna go to his cookout.

I've had his whole hog BBQ in Charleston and it is incredible, some of the best ribs and pulled pork I've ever eaten. But if I had to be honest, the side of collard greens was the best thing on the menu!

His last line is the best one. While I am by no means a BBQ expert and do need to travel to taste more, smoking your own and eating it fresh off the smoker always tastes better than anything I've bought. No matter how many awards or accolades the place may have. So the best BBQ is definitely, your own!

I think a lot of people make coleslaw too wet/ too much Mayo. At its heart, coleslaw is still a salad. It should have a nice crunch to it without being completely overpowered by the dressing.
